Welcome to Asansol Institute Of Engineering And Management - Polytechnic

Asansol Institute of Engineering and Management-Polytechnic, located near Kalipahari More, was established by a group of education enthusiasts & Philanthropist to address the lack of Quality Education on Diploma engineering in the West Bengal-Jharkhand region. Since welcoming our first batch in June 2015, our institute has remained committed to providing high-quality education in a student-focused & 100% ragging-free environment.

Our experienced faculty members, backed by state-of-the-art laboratories and well-equipped classrooms, are dedicated to helping students unlock their true potential. AIEM-P has quickly earned a reputation for academic excellence, where students are encouraged to develop their strengths and work on their areas for improvement alongside our supportive academic staff. With an engaging classroom experience, personalized attention, and the integration of digital tools and resources, our students find themselves well-prepared without the need for private tuition.

We are also proud to announce the introduction of BBA and BCA courses, further broadening our educational offerings. The BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) program is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the business world, covering areas such as management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) program offers a strong foundation in computer science, programming, and software development, preparing students for the rapidly evolving IT industry. These new courses reflect our commitment to providing diverse and relevant academic pathways, enabling students to pursue their ambitions in both the business and technology sectors.

4 Year Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

Why BBA?

   The BBA program is conducted under the prestigious patronage of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).

Eligibility Criteria:

    Candidates must have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) education with a focus on commerce, science, or arts from a recognized board, with English as one of the core subjects.

Eligibility Criteria:

    Applicants should have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) education with a focus on science, mathematics, or computer science. A strong foundation in mathematics/statistics is preferred.

Role of TPO Cell


    For the past 10 years, AIEM-P has consistently led the way in campus placement records among private institutions in West Bengal. Employers across industries and the public sector hold AIEM-P students in high esteem. At AIEM-P, providing students with information, guidance, and support for job placements is a top priority. Career Advisors are readily available to discuss career aspirations and plans, while students are actively encouraged to participate in an array of talks, information fairs, and recruitment events designed to enhance their career prospects.
